Management Training Experts
(two local experts)
The Judicial Reform and Government Accountability Project (JRGA) in Serbia is a five-year USAID initiative. The objectives of the JRGA project are to strengthen the rule of law, the independence of the judiciary and the administration of justice in Serbia; to increase public awareness of reforms in the judicial sector; and to strengthen the ability of the Serbian government, Independent Agencies, and civil society to detect and prevent corruption.
The Project has the following vacancy for Serbian Nationals to serve as Management Training Experts.
JRGA is planning to support an independent integrity agency in building the managerial and strategic and operational planning capacities of senior management. JRGA is seeking bids for management skills training for public administration. The training should be tailor-made for the needs of an independent integrity agency working within the system of Serbian public administration, and should take into consideration the legal and operational framework that this institution is bound by.
Two training experts will be assigned to:
- prepare the entire tailor-made training program
- prepare training materials and presentations
- deliver a series of 4-5 one-day training sessions covering all relevant areas of effective institutional management
- conduct training evaluation
- report on training conducted
A total of 10 expert days is authorized by this consultancy for each of the experts.
Location and Period of Assignment
The consultant will be based in Belgrade. The assignment shall be performed during the period between September and December 2014.
