Area Sales Manager (m/f)

Main responsibilities:

  • Control of Sales Force in the implementation of sales targets and sales channel strategy, as well as control in meeting the goals, planning, execution and evaluation, and implementation of Nestle 8 steps visit
  • Working closely with Field Sales Manager to ensure the implementation of activities at the facilities in accordance with targets
  • Actively participate in the selection and replacement of the sales staff
  • Executes all company procedures, instructions on his/her region to all employees.
  • Control the classification of objects in its region
  • Coordinate and ensure work activity with customers at all levels
  • Supervises and controls all the costs of operations
  • Controls budget expenditures sales organization in its region.
  • Procedure implementation
  • Effective internal and external relations, adequate presentation of the Company, professional relationship with clients and employees in retail stores.
  • Survey of the sales force through weekly thematic meetings
  • Adequate keeping and maintenance of all company resources (assets and products)

This position reports directly to Field Sales Manager.

  • Central Serbia
  • South region
  • West region

Profile:

  • Minimum high school degree;
  • At least 5 years of Sales experience in FMCG company;
  • Outstanding sales, negotiation and communication skills;
  • Developed organizational and time management skills;
  • Focus on achieving results and providing superior service to our customers;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Developed analytical, strategic and problem solving skills;
  • Valid Driving License;
  • Good written and spoken English;
  • MS Office knowledge.
