We are looking for an Office and HR Manager (m/f) who wants to be an important member of our team. You enjoy helping in running a business like a well-oiled machine? Qualifications
- University degree (Faculty of Economics or similar)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, supplies, bills
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; reviewing and approving supply requisitions
- Explain human resource policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Oversee hiring process, including coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.
