Operational CRM Expert
Job Summary:
Main activities are:
Develop and monitor CRM processes and policies in accordance with the customer and product life cycle, company wide strategy decisions and the best practices of the trade.
Performs analysis, prepares and distributes reports related to CRM.
We are looking for a responsible, committed person, ready to share team spirit and innovative approach.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development and proper use of CRM tools
- Perform target group definition and extraction, for commercial, relationship and informational campaigns and activities, from various data-sources, in accordance with methodologies and the best practices.
- Manages CRM campaigns and coordinate CRM actions thought available communication channels (branches, CCC, emails, SMS, eBanking, mBanking, ATM, direct mail...) depanding from action type and priority, customers type and segment in accordance with channel capacity and availability
- Contributes to better utilization and management of client portfolio including support of new client acquisition, suggestion and support churn management procedures
- Cooperates with analytical CRM in daily work.
Skills:
Technical Skills:
- SAS EG and/or SQL Database/Coding
- HTML
Non-Technical skils:
- Comprehensive Microsoft Office Suite
- English language – advanced level
- Intellectual curiosity
- Business acumen
- Communication skills
- Analytical and Reporting skills
- Education in Economy, Organizational Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering is desirable)
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience
