For our factory in Niš, we are looking for new Production Engineer.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation of the master, annual production plan
- Coordinates the operation of all production processes in accordance with Lean principles and requirements given in the annual production plan
- Together with other production engineers, participates in the formation of detailed production plans for all organizational units
- Follows production plans, analyzes, and finds ways to improve the results
- Makes decisions about internal/external training of employees to improve the production process
- Controls productivity on a daily/monthly level of organizational units
- Controls the work of employees in direct production and evaluates their progress on a monthly basis
- Takes care of compliance with standards that regulate the area of construction of railway and tram switches
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience on a similar position
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
- Strong Excel and data analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving and facilitation skills
