For our Client, an international company, leading in its industry, Adecco is searching for motivated and qualified candidates for the project based position in Inđija:
Project Manager
Requirements:
- University or College degree
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in project management
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques and procurement practices
- PM certification would be a plus
- Advanced knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing local project lifecycle of outsourcing Procurement to external company
- Conducting project planning and execution in compliance with standards and plan (time, quality, budget, etc.)
- Keeping project documentation according to company standards
- Creating / updating procedures in cooperation with Procurement where appropriate and based on global standards
- Accountable for internal and external resource planning and management for the whole team including key users
- Ensuring early involvement and clear communication with all relevant stakeholders – in interaction with and supported by local project coordinator and local change management
- Establishing communication channels within and outside of the project
- Providing roll-out or template build project status reports to Steering Committee including high level overview of issues and risks
- Conducting the take over
- Responsible for securing business alignment and business continuity
Candidate’s profile:
- Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills, including attention to details and multi-tasking
- Strong change management skills
- Advanced knowledge of project approach and template
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
