JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Talent Specialists should tell the story about Puzzle world and values. As an expert in the talent needs of our business, you’ll be a visionary of extraordinary people, and you will guide them through the hiring process. You will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Talent Specialist’s responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, coordinating with our clients and meeting their needs. You will also host or participate career and networking events. Also, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with the talents and potential team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination:
- Provide outstanding service to all candidates, same as for the clients.
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires on a regular basis.
- Work closely with the clients, ensuring timely set up for new hires; and assisting when needed.
Talent Acquisition:
- Ownership of the candidate pipeline from initial sourcing to on-boarding.
- Conduct phone screens, as well as in-person interviews with candidates.
- Develop innovative ways to attract and retain candidates, build networks and create contacts in the industry to find qualified candidates.
Employer Branding:
- Research recruiting events and identifying recruitment opportunities.
- Attend networking and recruiting events.
- Participate in the development of the Puzzle Software brand through various recruitment events and opportunities.
Administration:
- Schedule candidate interviews, coordinate calendars and work with interviewers/hiring teams/department admins to secure appropriate time.
- Greet all candidates and ensure the onsite interview process works efficiently and smoothly.
- Coordinate the pre-employment screening process.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven work experience in Recruiting or similar roles, strong sales background would be additional asset.
- Flexible, proactive, process oriented and highly organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.
- Creative and innovative.
- Must be able to multitask and bring tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
- Able to understand the talent needs of the business.
- Results oriented with a high degree of personal initiative.
