We are looking for an:

R&D IS Junior Administrator

You can become a member of an inspiring engineering team that is responsible for the functional support and the maintenance of different software products on many popular platforms, and which is also assisting with development tasks. You should possess a broad general knowledge and have experience with software development collaboration, versioning and issue management systems, as well as good communication skills and business etiquette. Among others, your tasks will be to provide functional support to users, to communicate and coordinate inside a large organization, to automate daily tasks, as well as to perform system administration tasks when needed. You should be able to understand the software architecture of the custom R&D IS applications that are being developed and supported, and the underlying server architecture providing default capabilities in this domain. As a member of our team you will have the chance to engage in this exciting new field, learn more about new technologies and progress rapidly.

Required skills:

• University Degree or equivalent work experience (preferably FON, ETF, PMF, RAF, etc.)
• Ability to effectively cooperate and communicate with customers
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible attitude, strongly committed to quality
• Experience in process automation using scripting languages
• Ability to work in an international team with international customers
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• The candidate should be able to learn new technologies, especially if his/her knowledge in the aforementioned technologies does not comply with the required criteria
• Be genuinely curious and constantly striving to learn

Preferred skills:

• Good knowledge of any of the following languages: PowerShell, Python, PHP, TCL, Java
• Knowledge of Database Management and SQL
• Knowledge of Windows Server management
• Basic CATIA knowledge could be an advantage
• Knowledge of any test management system could be an advantage
• Experience in end user support
