Job description

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, managing relocations and internal programs. Coordinating engagement activities.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of recruiting process to meet hiring goals
• Attract, source and screen top candidates to meet business objectives
• Utilize Internet/social media resources for recruitment
• Implement Company’s strategies to harness opportunities to promote Kuehne + Nagel as an employer brand
• Participate in recruiting events and cross-functional project
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in HRIS
• Engagement activities coordination – onboarding, reward & recognition program, engagement surveys, exit interviews, internal communication

Your skills and experience

• Excellent knowledge of English
• 3+ years related experience
• Interest & ability to work with all social media (audio, video, pictures…)
• Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to take up other HR tasks in periods of low recruitment volume
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree required

The SSC performs global and standardized processes mainly back office tasks, for the internal customers.
