Job specification:
- Building and maintaining good relationship with client companies in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs
- Writing and advertising vacancies on the job boards, social media and other recruitment channels
- Screening, interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
- Managing the recruitment process, from the initial interview through to the offer being made
- Meeting with potential new clients and developing new business opportunities
Requirements:
- BSc Faculty of Philosophy (department of psychology) is preferable
- Fluency in English
- IT and Social Media Skills
- Proven recruitment & selection experience
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Good listening and communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- Confident and pleasant personality with positive and can-do character
- Enjoy accountability and working in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work with targets, deadlines and handle multiple priorities
