REWARDING SPECIALIST (m/f)
This position offers you an opportunity to:
- Implement and design processes, policies and systems in the area of performance management and rewarding at Atlantic Grupa level in line with the business strategy and latest trends
- Run all parts of annual performance management process (communication, education, bonus preparation, system administration and upgrades, analyses, improvements)
- Design, implement and upgrade various rewarding models, such as project and achievement rewards
- Manage Flexible Benefits Program (communication, selection of benefits and vendors, system administration and upgrades, analyses, improvements)
- Manage external salary benchmarking process
- Define and monitor budgets in the area of responsibility
And these are the skills, experience, and attitudes that we are looking for:
- Motivation to work in a dynamic and challenging FMCG environment
- Continuous learning mindset
- University degree in social or formal sciences, preferably Economics
- Communication skills (assertiveness, listening, influencing)
- Fluency in English
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Finance skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (esp. Excel)
- Strong analytical skills
- Orientation to detail and results
- 2-5 years of experience, preferably in performance management, compensation & benefits, and rewarding
