Job description
HRSC Training Admin is responsible for: providing effective and business focused administration service to HR, Managers and Employees in the area of HR; first point of contact for HR related training administration and queries, delivering high standards regarding time and quality of the delivered services
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Handle all inquiries, concerns and service requirements for training administration and grant introduction to authorities
- Provide over-the-telephone support displaying effective interpersonal skills to gather information, questions and summarise problems presented
- Monitor progress of all service request tickets, deliver updates with thorough documentation
- Confirm data accuracy and understand sensitivity of information and maintain confidentiality
- Take responsibility for urgency of problems, customer satisfaction and timely solving issues
- Communicate effectively, collaborate with international key stakeholder and timely escalate issues
- Support in projects for redesigning current processes and procedures in order to increase quality and efficiency
Your skills and experience
- Minimum Bachelors / First University Degree
- Excellent knowledge of the English and German language is must
- Experienced user of MS Office (especially: Outlook, Excel)
- Interest, experience and/or understanding of HR training and grants administration
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong work organization and planning skills
- Solution oriented and eager to learn
