Joorney is a business plan writing company that focuses on specific-purpose business writing and financial forecasting, rather than on all-round, comprehensive consulting services. The overwhelming majority of the company’s services are provided to clients who already operate or are aiming to operate in the North American market.

You will join our team, consisting of around 60 people - spread throughout offices in Belgrade, Novi Sad, and Niš. Your main goal will be to support the Canadian branch of the company’s sales team, located in the Miami headquarters and our office in Montreal. Thus, you will be in regular contact with our Canadian clients and the Miami/Montreal team via phone/email. You will be joining a sales team that is driven towards achieving the best results, exceeding established sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop our customer base with a business development volume of 100-120 outbound calls per day
  • Provide administrative support to a dynamic sales team
  • Feed and maintain our Pipeline Deals customer relationship management database
  • Provide quick and timely response to customers, sales staff and other departments
  • Develop market intelligence in focus industries and qualify leads for the Sales team
  • Participate in other projects and tasks as assigned by the Sales or branch manager

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in sales for the English-speaking market
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or a higher degree level [economics or a business-related degree is preferred]
  • Outstanding written and spoken English language skills
  • Sales-driven mentality and willingness to go above and beyond targets
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships with clients
  • Quick problem-solving capacity
  • Ability to be decidedly detail-oriented during every work day
  • Self-motivated individual able to work independently
  • Ability to organize yourself and continuously multitask
