For our Sales department based at our plant in Belgrade, within Commercial unit, we are looking for a highly qualified and extremely motivated individual for a Sales Coordinator position (f/m), with unlimited contract. In anticipation of continuous growth and development of the regional markets this role will extend and grow. Subject to good performance it presents a great career opportunity for the successful candidate.

SALES COORDINATOR SEE

Key responsibilities:

  • Building multi-level relationship with existing customers;
  • Regular visits and contacts with all relevant customer instances: purchasing, logistics, marketing, quality;
  • Ensure budget, forecasting and monthly supply/ demand accuracy;
  • Identify new potential customers and trends on the market;
  • Co-ordinate all commercial, technical and quality  business aspects to ensure execution and business development in line with KPIs;
  • Carry out various market  analysis, prepare  presentations and reports  according to business needs;
  • Ensure  implementation of  forecasting process with customers
  • Conduct cross analysis supporting internal discussions and decisions;
  • Support commercial team with day to day operational and administrative tasks and processes;
  • Coordinate information flow between various departments on local and Corporate level;

Requirements:

  • University Degree;
  • Working experience in sales (preferable FMCG industry);
  • Proactive person with strong customer focus;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Fluent English language;
  • Computer skills: MS office, internet environment, preferable SAP knowledge.
