Due to continuous expansion Hyperoptic are hiring for a Sales Enablement Manager  who goes beyond the expected. We believe in working smarter together, whilst our teams stay focused and people passionately strive for excellence. As Sales Enablement Manager  your mission will be to play a critical role in driving the success of our Business Development tea, ensuring every team member has the knowledge, skills and tools to drive to our sales goals. What will you be doing?

• Implement the strategy for enablement programs ensuring that sales enablement KPIs are clearly defined, tracked and reported
• Roll out sales process & methodology to new and existing team members
• Work with Sales Leadership, People Development, Marketing, ISP, Strategy and Technology teams to discover requirements, design curricula, build, and proactively take feedback from key internal stakeholders to ensure BD teams are on boarded efficiently and continuously equipped with the content, tools, training, and resources.
• Maintain portfolio of enablement programs including BD playbooks, webinars, guide-books, internal workflows and static content

What are we looking for?

• Extensive experience in a Sales Enablement position
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and works well in a large, diverse sales environment
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and within the confines of a brief
