Sales Manager
Belgrade
Main responsibilities:
- Finding new customers, selling them Charter services and then maintaining those customers to grow in Eagle Express’s customer base
- Establishing direct contact and relationships with clients and their representatives in order to develop and maintain business relationships with major clients
- Ability to identify the important elements each customer needs to assure extraordinary customer experience and satisfaction
- Achieves revenue targets
- Weekly Reports to effectively keeping leadership aware of all opportunities and how they are progressing
- Responsible for identifying local and regional sales opportunities
Requirements:
- High school’s degree, ideally in an aviation- or business management-related subject area
- Knowledge and experience of working on AVINODE
- 2 years’ relevant work experience
- Good understanding of aviation industry
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, procedures, and concepts
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Ability to sell and close deals
- Ability to handle customer issues in a calm and professional manner
- Problem solving skills
