Sales Reporting Assistant

We would like you to have:

• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Previous experience in the Reporting/Assistance for Sales domain would be highly appreciated
• Very good English knowledge
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP would be a plus

The responsibilities we propose to you would be:

• Central reports for the Sales department, extracting data for each market, generating reports per brands
• Extracting sell out & shares data at brand level and entering the data into specific scorecards
• Creating new or using existing reports & files to make printed materials/booklets
• Collecting data from various sources and updating the fact book for each market
• Using data from fact books & other reports to create tables in ppt by brand/customer/category etc
• Filling in the forms requested by customs/sanitary inspection and sending documents
• Downloading and sending necessary product pictures needed by distributor sales team on a regular basis
• Doing expense reports, registering customer invoices
• Technical processing/maintaining of specific files per customer
