Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

• Minimum five years of working experience on a similar position, preferably in international environment
• BA in Economics / Accounting
• Experience in leading a team
• Verbal and written English language proficiency
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel
• Knowledge of working in Pantheon will be considered an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with clients, offices and tax authorities
• Bookkeeping of incoming and outgoing invoices, cost import and export documentations
• Preparation financial statements and annual reports and Corporate income tax applications
• Calculation of VAT and submission of VAT applications
• Other general accounting duties as assigned
• Maintaining accounting records of international clients
• Supervision of junior staff
• Ability to provide financial consulting to clients
• Calculation of WHT and submission of WHT applications
• Preparation of forms needed for the Tax Authorities and other relevant institutions
• Keeping records of fixed assets
• Posting and controlling of General ledger accounts and reconciliation with Sub ledgers
• Calculation of travel expenses
• Miscellaneous duties, including but not limited to filing, mailing, organizing and other assigned job-related duties
