Services Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages teams of Product Consultants, Technical Consultants, Developers and Support consultants on all eFront solutions
- Manages recruitments, selection, induction, appraisal, performance & training of all team members
- Supervises, stimulate and evaluate team’s work and performance
- Ensures goals and objectives are properly set and communicated to each team members
- Defines and ensure delivery of training and coaching plans as agreed
- Leverages our experts to coach / train the consultants on latest technologies / products
- Put in place processes to enable collaboration between BU’s teams and Center of Expertise in Belgrade
- Is the escalation point in Belgrade for all delivery issues related to Services
- Ensures SLAs and KPIs as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded
- Ensures that implementation and ongoing services are delivered on time and meet client requirements by maintaining tight control over the project schedules, risks, scope of work and budget
- Provides leadership in the Global services organization (Consulting and support) having a global span, active member of BU’s services management team
- Design and build the right operating structure with proper levels of team leaders and consistent span of control
- Reports performance and risks, creates and implement action plans to meet objectives
- Engages with other teams in other parts of the organization on global projects, and if needed, with clients
- Manage skills and knowledge of the team
- Cover all products in eFront portfolio
- Accountable for key performance metrics
- Takes leadership in planning and forecasting cycles (from budget to weekly forecast)
- Accountable for all deliveries to client from the Center of Expertise
- Increase the level of “repeatability” in CoE delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in Service Operation Management (8+ years)
- Experience in managing delivery organization for an shared services center
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Strong change management capabilities
- Social person - ability to adapt to all styles of people
- Demonstrated management, leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
- Track record of planning and delivering cost effective results
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, presentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to evaluate and manage risk
- Proven project leadership skills with the ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize tasks
- Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff
- Budgeting experience
- Ability to coordinate resources to resolve problems
- Efficiency SLA Definition, Evaluation, Monitoring and Reporting
