Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-performance sales team of 5-7 people
• Co-ordinate with brand HQ for inventory, store activities, store promotions and marketing metrics
• Express a highly professional work ethic and awareness of company policies and procedures
• Takes a proactive approach and responsibility for successfully running the store
• Demonstrate a passion for the customer and exceeding goals
• Utilize and analyze the use of sales reports and determine strategies to maximize sales
• Lead, motivate and act as a team player
• Create exceptional and profitable customer experiences in a well-organized store
• Develop and implement innovative strategic plan

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven successful experience as a retail manager in the fashion industry is a must
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Strong customer management and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Computer literate
