For our office in Nis, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role’s primary function is to support and operationally join Serendi’s International Team for USA based Client.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the overall selection process with applicants: sourcing candidates, resume review, conduct selection interviews, provide detailed summaries to hiring managers
- Creating ads and conducting a recruitment campaign internationally through various channels
- Develop effective and timely communication both with candidates and Clients
- Engage in creative solutions to attract passive candidates
- Provide well documented recruiting reports to continually evaluate existing strategies and provide recommendations
- Ensure all internal / external compliance processes and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Your Profile:
- Business fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledgable and passionate for talent acquisition trends and recruitment tools
- Professional work experience in sourcing on social networks, and working knowledge of a variety of internet recruiting techniques
- The US market knowledge would be a plus
- Result driven and delivery oriented personality, high capability and endurance not to rest until the required result has been achieved
- Strong team working skills and openness to work in a international and multilingual team. At ease to colaborate virtually the majority of the time.
- High level of proactivity, drive, independent work style and self management skills
- Motivated to work in a hands-on, fast paced and dynamic environment
