Required qualifications:

• University degree – Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience on similar positions
• Knowledge of ISO and TS standards
• Advanced knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, AutoCAD, Catia

Main responsibilities:

• Conducting pre-preparation and preparation of production means
• Creating drawings, sketches and other supporting documents relating to new products, castings, parts and sub-assemblies
• Writing documents, manuals, metallurgical investigations, and reports in support of customer liaison
• Design of measurements systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and TS 16949 norms
• Participation in the development of technological processes
• Conducting FMEA, SMED and other industrial methods
• Orchestrate trainings for the implementation of new products
• Developing prototypes and innovative solutions to problems
• Overseeing operational quality control processes
• Developing new test and repair processes
• Taking responsibility for health and safety issues of staff and components in manufacturing
