Technology Manager (m/f) – West Serbia

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the technical functionality and the supervision of the production plant 
• Technical maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of production facilities and machinery
• Management of continuous improvement processes in order to eliminate vulnerabilities in the production 
• Optimisation of plant engineering and production technology with the aim of enhancement in quality and quantity as well as costs optimisation
• Budget responsibility and investment planning 
• Leading, engaging and training of employees in production
• Adherence to the occupational safety regulations in force

Your profil:

• A university degree in engineering (emphasis: mechatronics, process and production technology) 
• Relevant professional and management experience in plant management 
• Strong quality and cost awareness as well as result orientation 
• Distinctive communication ability and team awareness
• Willingness to shift work
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulations
• Proficiency in English and preferably German language skills
