Virtual International Customer Care and Administration
Job Description:
Your main role will be as an administrative link between students, human resources and our coordination team (who deal with trainers). This role requires you to have an exceptionally high level of both written and spoken English.
There are 2 main areas in this role:
1) B2B clients: you will be in contact with Human Resources departments, students and our coordination department regarding active programs and new launches. Our students are all virtual learners, can be 1-2-1, in groups or on tutoring programs, which also differ from client to client. You will resolve incidences with classes or trainers, coaching students to use the platform correctly, dealing with complaints and any doubts the company-client has with regards to invoicing, payments and general conditions of service.
2) TMS partner clients: ongoing support to administrative and coordination staff, resolving incidents, logging technical issues, giving guidance and support, dealing with our coordination department, giving support, demos and training on our virtual platform
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing monitoring of programs
- Customer Service
- Evaluations and monitoring student progress
- Contact with human resources and our coordination department for any issues
- Information about program content, preferences and availability
- Creating monthly attendance and activity reports
- Creating periodical evaluation & progress reports
- Supporting other departments (sales, client managers, coordination, learning)
- Being responsible for invoices
- Monitoring student and client satisfaction and taking measures to improve it
Other Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Proficient email and internet user
- Comfortable with new technology, experience using cloud based applications
- Advanced English level, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in other European languages, especially Spanish, French or German
- Efficiency and attention to detail
- Problem solving capabilities and ability to use your initiative
- Analytical capacities and communication skills
