Office Manager / CEO PA / HR
1 working position, Belgrade
Requirements:
- University degree
- HR experience within IT company
- Experience in general HR administration
- Experience managing day-to-day operational aspects of human resources issues. Counsel employees on various issues (performance issues and dismissals, etc.) while maintaining an employer advocacy role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Office Manager position
- To be able to manage day-to-day office manager/assistant of general manager duties
Required skills:
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and reliability
- Strong self‐motivation and drive
- Good communication skills
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office programs (mainly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
