Reporting to the Sales Excellence Director, you will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales Support department of Danfoss District Energy Division(DEN). You will act as sparring partner and advisor and will be a key player in supporting and improving the strategic use of CRM. Together with the CRM super user network it will be your task to ensure effective use of CRM tools and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and new modules and reporting tools for the organisation.

Areas of responsibilities:

• Responsible for analysing , defining and designing the CRM Processes with the help of the SAP CRM tools
• In charge with implementation and customisation of the CRM tools towards business processes
• Training of users in CRM tools and processes
• Supporting the sales pipeline through opportunity management and account segmentation processes
• Creating CRM Handbooks and defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each module
• Building a clear link between data in market communication, market plans and CRM module using Data-mining and Predictive Analytics
• Establishing standard reports on data and process quality,
• Ensuring a regulated audit of the OM process as a viable source for forecasting
• Provide customer technology input to Research & Development Team
• Establish regular contacts with other members of the SAP Teams (best practice sharing)

Your Profile:

• Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of CRM related processes and has 2-4 years’ experiences in IT and economic issues.
• You have experience within Process management, business consulting and have developed excellent communication and training skills.
• You have experience in CRM, Business Warehouse or ERP modules and Microsoft tools.
• Well founded English in word and writing is prerequisite, German skills are an advantage.
• You have solid skills in change management and cooperating in a large multi-cultural organisation is nothing new for you.

The role as well as the organization will be global, and will require some travelling and working across several time zones. Office location is flexible as long it is near a Danfoss facility in Serbia, Slovenia, Austria, Bulgaria or Germany.
