PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP is market leader with a clear business strategy, company which brings new innovative ideas and products like HANA, Mobility, Cloud. Role of SAP Consulting is to transfer SAP visions into reality by implementing SAP products according to customer specific requirements and environment. . The Associate Consultant is a role which will predominantly work as a functional consultant and implementation team member under supervising of experienced senior or principal consultant and thus contributing to the overall customer implementation. The Associate Consultant performs tasks involved in implementation of SAP Public Sector Solution as per customer requirements using a predefined methodology. He is responsible for participating with the functional or the customer team to develop solutions for the identified processes.

• Provide implementation consulting services to customers on design and implementation of SAP solutions

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• At least Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, further education will be an advantage.
• Open-minded.
• Ability to learn quickly
• Team player but able to work independently on assigned tasks
• Excellent communication skills, working with teams internationally is desirable.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Native Serbian language speaker
• Knowledge of additional languages is desirable.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Total of 1-2 years of working experience is desirable.
• SAP implementation experience will be a huge advantage.
• Preferred:
  • Public Sector skills and / or process knowledge
  • Certification in an area of ERP or CRM is a plus.
