
What does the selection process usually look like (which goes first - tests, interviews; are there more rounds of interviews and simiiar)
In case we register vacancy suitable to candidate´s experience, education and requirements we contact candidate with job offer and we arrange interview with him. If he shows interest, follows an interview, possibly other check up on your knowledge, skills, characteristics. If your profile meets the requirements of client/future employer and you show interest in the vacancy at concrete employer, we arrange the introduction of candidate to our client.
Do you usually invite for interviews all candidates or just candidates who entered the second round?
We invite only candidates with suitable experience, education and requirements we contact candidate with job offer and we arrange interview with him.
Sometimes we invite candidate, when we decide to inform him about other relevant opportunity for him.
If there are more tests, are they usually taken all the same day or not?
Yes, we process interview and testing during same day.
How long do the tests / interviews usually last?
Interview usualy takes about 45 minutes, testing depends on the amount of test questions. Approximatly 60-120 minutes.
What kind of tests are usually taken (generally)?
We test hard skills by common tests and soft skills by psychological testing.
To what extent does the content of tests and inteviews, as well as criteria for acception, depend on the employer?
All tests are made and consult with employers and our specialists.
Are the interviews conducted just by the agency team or also by representatives of the employer?
1. st round ou interview is processed only by consultants of Lugera & Makler team. We make preselection of candidates. II.nd round is made by employer.
Who makes the final decision on employing the candidates - the agency or the employer?
Final decision is made by employer.
Are all the candidates informed on the results or just those who entered the next round / got excepted?
YES, WE ALWAYS let know every candidates about the recruitment process and results.
Does the agency keep CVs of candidates who didn't pass the open competition, in order to invite them for another job offer, if possible?
Yes, we offer to candidates to stay registered in our database for other similar job offers. If the candidate wants to be deleted, we will delete him from databases.
The name and title of the person who has given these answers should be stated at the end of the profile. Profile should contain basic contact information and your logo (up to 50 Kb, in jpg or gif format). Please don't state data which are likely to be changed often, so that your profile doesn't go out of date compared to the agency's development.
