CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

SDL Tridion CMS. SDL Tridion is a Web Content Management System (WCM) that enables organizations to use their websites as an integral part of their marketing, communication, sales, and customer support strategy. In addition to content creation, management, translation, delivery and archiving solutions, SDL Tridion provides brand management, targeted communication, multi-channel delivery and visitor interaction capabilities. Hippo CMS. The Hippo Content Management System is an open source software product designed for medium to large businesses that need to manage large quantities of data. Hippo CMS provides companies with an intuitive, flexible and enterprise-class content management system that will meet the unique content management needs of their business, with no data lock-in or excessive costs.

DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT

ADAM is an open platform that reduces costs, improve time-to-market and enhance control over every step in the digital asset lifecycle. It integrates media flows of all types, such as brand management and distribution, packaging workflows, marketing collateral roll out, etc. ADAM is a versatile digital asset management solution that helps organisations manage digital asset processes from creation to distribution. It streamlines the asset's lifecycle by letting users store, find and publish all types of assets: pictures, video, sounds, documents, presentations, page layouts, etc.

HINTTECH DEVELOPMENT CENTER (HDC)

We develop, implement and manage large-scale software applications based on Java and .NET technology. The HDC offers development infrastructures with a standardised development environment and a high-tech infrastructure constantly set up for system development. Development is carried out in the HDC in accordance with your quality standards and within the budget agreed with you. With branches in Europe and the USA, the HDC can respond adequately to capacity issues and situations which require rapid support.

APPLICATION LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (ALM)

The applications developed within the HDC can also be managed by the HDC. Maintenance and management are carried out by engineers and project managers who have been involved in developing the application. This means that the HDC manager is also the delivery manager for the products supplied. As a result, the customer can quickly change its wishes and requirements with regard to software development and service management. HintTech uses the ASL Framework for managing the application lifecycle. ASL offers not only a model, framework and terminology, but also best practices for practical application. Its aim is to ensure that the applications support the business processes optimally.

We use proven methodologies such as Agile, RUP, Prince2 and IPMA for managing software and system development projects. Web applications

HintTech has extensive experience of designing and developing software applications for both the front office (e.g. internet or intranet) and the back office (e.g. middleware). To implement these, we use the IBM WebSphere suite or applications that use Microsoft .NET technology, such as SharePoint and BizTalk. Of course, everything depends entirely on your IT environment.

The scalability of web applications means that the application can gradually be expanded further in the future. So you avoid the risk of run-ning up against technological limitations in the future, and you can always integrate the application with your present and future back-office systems.

Each HintTech employee is asked to complete a personal development plan, in consultation with his/her HintTech line manager. This plan contains a number of specific elements, such as personal goals, preferences and aspirations, direction of development and an action plan.

HintTech uses the "People Relationship Management (PRM)" method for its HRM policy. This method has now proved its value widely within the HintTech organisation. 90% of the workforce is certified in Prince 2, while soon all our project managers will be IPMA certified.

HintTech's specialists have frequent contact, individually and through the centres of expertise, with both suppliers of commercial and open source software applications and customers that develop packages further themselves.
HintTech specialists have a strong need for self-development. They are encouraged to do this in various ways, such as in-house or external training, forums, study trips, etc.

HintTech's Tridion, .NetTM and JavaTM specialists maintain frequent contact with the software suppliers' developers and architects to develop both themselves and the various software packages further.
