The Training Manager is responsible for managing NLS training in order to enhance employees' skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
- Design, write and maintain the NLS training program in cooperation with the subject matter experts
- Manage onboarding training sessions
- Assess training needs for new and existing NLS employees
- Identify and drive internal and external training initiatives to address competency gaps
- Provide opportunities for ongoing training, such as internal knowledge sharing
- Provide consultation to management for development of job-specific training, including research and evaluation and selection of outside consultants and trainers.
- Design and apply assessment tools to measure training program's effectiveness.
- Maintain employees' training records
- Oversee the mentoring program within NLS
- Communicate with NOVOMATIC Group on group training material to use
- Other duties related with Human Resources
