Account Manager
Location: Novi Sad
Main responsibilities:
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding long-lasting relationships within accounts
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts
- Develops sales by making initial presentation, explaining product and service enhancements and additions, introducing new products and services
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
- Remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
- Using contacts within account to generate new business
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients
- Interact and coordinate with other staff members in other departments working on the same account
- Engaging in project management duties
- Meet time deadlines for accounts
- Completing administrative work, as required
Your skills:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Account management
- Basic technical knowledge and understanding
- Basic project management knowledge
- Willing to travel
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Presentation skills
- Fluent in English language
- Driver license
Nice to have:
- German language knowledge
- Understanding of Retail process and IT in Retail
