For Sales Department Tetra Pak South Eastern Europe is currently looking for initiative, self-starting person to take the position of:

Account Manager

Successful candidate will be responsible for managing the designated accounts, through Account team, by identifying opportunities to increase customer’s success and mutual sustainable profitable growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining multi-level, cross-functional customer relationship and secure strategic alignment,
  • Understanding customers overall business (competition, growth strategy, productivity, profitability)
  • Identifying customer needs and driving opportunities in line with business strategy, category, portfolio and technical service plans
  • Driving development of Accounts plans jointly with the customer and the team, targets and budgets and secure resources from Tetra Pak and customer
  • Driving closure of sales and technical sales contract and executing implementation according to relevant internal global processes
  • Defining, reviewing and optimizing overall customer system cost
  • Proactively driving resolution of customer issues, including cross boundary issues
  • Managing claims as well as managing accounts receivables and sales forecasting
  • Contact and drive relationships with retailers and develop understanding of their needs and overall business (marketplace, channel, consumer/shopper, competitive environment, strategy, productivity and profitability)
  • Develop plan to pursue highlighted opportunities beyond existing market coverage, ensuring that there is a strong value proposition
  • Lead the development and presentation of our value proposition to retailer prospects. 
  • Identify emerging concepts through store checks, both at retailer and competing retailers
  • Gain a deep understanding of retailer needs and priorities (e.g.  their KPIs, business / category goals, profitability) 
  • Develop and maintain retailer account plan
  • The successful candidate will have sales responsibility for customers based in the region and will be based in our Belgrade office.

Requirements:

  • University degree, MBA degree will be considered as an advantage
  • 2- 3 years of experience in FMCG or Technical Sales is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Native speaker of Serbian language. Excellent knowledge of English language. Knowledge of any other Balkan area language is an asset
  • Knowledge and experience in retail management
  • Marketing understanding is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel on regular basis
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Driving license
