Account Manager
Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Generate relationship with customers and provides long-term engagement through excellent service
- Ensure highest level of support and customers satisfaction through the process using top notch communication skills via phone/email
- Supplying clients with information about specialized products and services
- Maximizing the potential of client
- Maintaining contact with clients and follow up on them for future business prospect
- Handle the CRM on day to day management
- Extend and maintain portfolio of existing and new clients
- Follow a Sales Methodology with appropriate service for the needs of a customer
Requirements:
- English language (at least B2)
- Experience in Sales environment is a must
- Assertive sales individual with excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal, psychological and analytical skills
- Previous experience in working with customers over the phone
- Excellent customer service mindset and attitude to follow their needs
- Be proactive and effective team member
