As the tax partner of our international client, we are looking for a motivated
Accountant & Finance Executive
Belgrade
Responsible for their day to day operations and other areas related to financial matters and help support the business run smoothly. The position will be based in our client’s premises in the New Belgrade area and help the Sales & Marketing team in all finance-related issues.
Your Responsibilities:
- Booking of incoming and outgoing invoices,
- Execute payments, including e-banking platform and book incoming and outgoing payments,
- Followup AR and AP balances, as well as expense reporting, and reconcile on periodical basis for both internal and external accounts,
- Followup of incoming and outgoing deliveries and support smooth process flow,
- Daily check of automatic postings in SAP,
- Followup procedures for assets bookings and approvals,
- Support documentation for company’s tax declarations,
- Execute necessary control processes in line wıth local and group procedures,
- Supporting in monthly/yearly group reporting ensuring deadlines are met,
- Participate and support local and group audits.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience,
- Business administration or finance education,
- Good communication skills,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Good knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations,
- Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.),
- Reliable and able to work independently,
- Comfortable in working with people in different teams and locations,
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to make necessary decisions to move forward,
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
