Accounting Officer

We are seeking for motivated and proactive candidates being responsible for the position of ACCOUNTING OFFICER based in Kragujevac or Jagodina

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collecting complete client documentation and entering it into the company's internal software
• Communicating with the company's clients (carriers) and providing customer service
• Entering data into the company's information system regarding expenses incurred by the clients
• Communicating with clients regarding income statements and making necessary corrections when required
• Transferring income to clients using electronic banking
• Forwarding documentation to brokers upon their request
• Issuing Money Codes
• Preparing annual income reports for clients – 1099 Reports
• Recording the status of client truck loan repayments
• Recording fuel data into the system
• Other supporting assignments as directed by the Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Work experience preferred, not necessary
