Accounting Specialist – Trainee

Belgrade

A member of Hellenic Petroleum Group - EKO Serbia A.D, which operates through a retail network of 56 EKO petrol stations in Serbia and plans to further expand, is looking for an Accounting Specialist – Trainee

INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

• 3 months programme, full time
• Entering and posting invoices in SAP
• Posting of all incoming and outgoing documents
• Posting of bank statements
• Reconciliation of suppliers and customers balances
• Keeping track on inventories and stock counts
• Posting of salaries expenses
• Making appropriate entries related to Capex in accordance with IFRS
• Preparing reports in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards related to Balance Sheet positions
• Communication with suppliers and administrators at EKO petrol stations
• Reconciling suppliers’ accounts
• Intern is trained by a mentor to independently perform all the tasks and activities covered within the Programme

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Recent graduates or students in their final year of study at at the Faculty of Economics
• Advanced English language
• Computer skills
• Team spirit
