- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Providing full administrative and office support
- Business communication and correspondence
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars
- Creating, processing and archiving business documentation
- Managing and control of contracts
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for distribution
- Support in organizing business trips (air ticket, accommodation etc.) when needed
- Scheduling and providing logistic support for meetings
- Attending some meetings, writing minutes and reports afterwards
- Manages day-to-day issues and ensures appropriate working office environment
- Reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
- Additional daily duties per request
