Maintenance Coordinator

Required qualifications:

  • University degree, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent with MS Office

Main responsibilities:

  • Participates in elaboration of the CAM Budget for the annual budgeting process
  • Participates in elaboration of the CAPEX Budget and to tracks it through the year
  • Optimizes all costs associated with service providers and evaluates their activities
  • Plans, coordinates and manages the central services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, reception, waste disposal and recycling
  • Continuously monitors the activity of service providers, intervenes immediately to propose short-term and long-term measures to improve the activity in the property
  • Keeps records regarding the maintenance work on the property
  • Knows and controls the technical/administrative activity of the property
  • Solves any complaints received from tenants and property’s customers
  • Works in partnership with Business partners and Tenants to drive down costs, increases facilities and environmental solutions
  • Reviews and approves the Tenant documentation in coordination with Main Designer
  • Supervises the fit out works and coordinate activities with Tenants
  • Closely monitors utilities consumption, distributes them properly and reports unjustified differences
  • Periodically checks all property documents & permits, contracts, etc. and extends, or updates them whenever necessary
  • Coordinates day to day operations with other departments
