Accountant Receivable

We are seeking motivated and proactive candidates being responsible for the following position based in Kragujevac:
Accountant Receivable
Required qualifications:
- University degree in Economy
- Fluency in English
- Excellent with MS Office, especially with Excel
- Knowledge of SAP will be advantage
- At least 2 years of related working experience in the same or similar position
Main responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping of cost, petty cash, import and export documentations
- Calculation of VAT return
- Keeping records of fixed assets
- In charge for expiry notice, dunning letters and repayment plans
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Assisting in preparation official finance statements and audit
- Organization and preparing all outgoing payments and accounting all banking transactions
- Preparing, verifying and processing invoices
- Responsible for intercompany matching activities
- Posting and controlling of General ledger accounts and reconciliation with Sub ledgers
