Administrative Assistant
Position Description:
- Responsible for performing a variety of duties mainly for the Director and company in general, day to day running office
- Provide administrative support mainly to the Director and other company collegues as required or as requested including correspondences, typing, information research
- Staff management, accounts management, payroll
- Translation of some written documents on a daily basis (e.g. emails, contracts, invoices, administration, economy
- Maintain the Director`s calendar; organize and schedule meetings.
- Book and arrange travels (tickets, accommodation, etc.)
- Maintain company files, soft and hard copy alike; receive and sorts/address and sends faxes, mail and packages
- Communication with banks and bank accounts
- Performs other administrative or office duties as required or as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluent English, both written and spoken is essential
- Excellent MS Office and Internet usage skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude towards stressful situations
