Administrative Assistant
Position open in Belgrade, Serbia
We are seeking a reliable, responsible and highly organized person to join our team and handle day to day office and administrative operations including:
- Filling out, updating and archiving data and business documentation, and handling all other ongoing administrative operations
- Registering incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation
- Researching, identifying, contacting and assisting in choosing vendors and other providers of products and services necessary for successful running of day to day business operations
- Purchasing office supplies and other supplies used in the office on daily basis
- Answering phones, handling mail, faxes and emails
- Collaboration and communication with an accounting agency ensuring that they are provided with all the necessary information in a timely fashion
- Handling invoices and payment orders when needed
- Responsible for managing petty cash and keeping a petty cash ledger
- Assisting employees in obtaining various employment related documents
- Organizing team building and other company events
- Organizing and taking minutes on staff meetings and teleconferences with staff in Belgrade and Canada
- Overseeing the cleaning assistant and ensuring that the office remains an employee friendly environment at all times
- Daily and weekly cleaning of the espresso coffee machine; making sure that it is fully operational at all times
- Other office and administration related tasks on request of a director and corporate TMT
The right candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
- High school degree, university degree is an advantage
- At least 2 years of work experience in an office administration / management
- Advanced English language skills - writing, speaking and listening
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Solid computer and Internet skills (MS Office suite, good Internet research skills, advantage: experience with Google web based suite of applications for creating, editing, and collaborating on documents)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Good time management skills, patience and a strong sense of responsibility
