Administrative Sales Support
Position Description:
Administrative Sales Support will be responsible for entering Orders and invoicing customers from Germany. This person will handle requests, to ensure all orders are entered promptly and thoroughly so as invoices issued on time. German language knowledge is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing for Serbia
- Responsible for entering orders
- Responsible for issuing invoicing
- Handle order related questions/concerns/escalation/order changes
- Maintain 99% order entry accuracy while entering minimum of 20 orders per day (to be confirmed in the SLA)
- Orders Are Booked within 48 hours as per the Serbia SOP SLA
- Exception order processing
- Customer Service
- Manage time, workflow, and priorities to accomplish goals as stated in the Serbia SOP Service Level Agreement
- Help BU Sales as needed basis
- Handle issues in the best interest of the customer and company
Position Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- Basic knowledge on Sales and Order processing, accounting.
- Customer oriented and ability to seek out solutions autonomously
- Quick learner and problem solver
- Able to decipher ambiguous situations and identify the proper path
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to partner with others to accomplish goals
