Real Knitting d.o.o. is growing hosiery company, part of an international group.

For the factory located in Gajdobra (Vojvodina) we are looking for:

Administrative Worker in Production

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing basic tables for data entry,
• Reporting data on productivity in production (Number of tides by type of article that are done, amount of prime and write offs),
• Based on entered data preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports,
• Creating productivity tables by instruction of superior,
• Creating and delivering work orders to executors,
• Making weekly, monthly and yearly report on production by the order of superior,
• Entry data to system (New York), making corrections when it’s necessary and printing lists with state in a particular warehouse,
• IT support: maintenance and servicing computers when it’ necessary, inventory and purchase of computers and computer equipment.

COMPETENCIES:

• At least IV degree in economics or IT,
• Preferable working experience on similar job,
• Excellent knowledge of working on a PC (Windows orientated),
• Active English knowledge (spoken and written) required,
• Exact, responsible and timely performance of work obligations,
• High level of systematic, organized and precise work,
• Ability to adapt to different environments and people,
• Readiness for high standards of work, continuous improvement of work and personal improvement, as well as team work.
