Responsibilities:
- Working in accordance with Telenor Vision and Values
- Fast and qualitative solving customer's claims in defining terms
- Representing and effectively communicating the "voice of customer" to other business units to ensure better customer's experience
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments in Telenor according to customer's claims solving
- Show flexibility in tasks, project participation, propose an improvement of procedures
- Delivering excellent customer service and targeting business results
Requirements:
- High school degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile services
- Excellent knowledge of Telenor services and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- English language proficiency in written and spoken communication
- Goal and results orientation
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally
