About the project:
Our client empowers organizations of all sizes to discover the truth in information – their most important digital asset. Ninety-four percent of Fortune 100 companies rely on Veritas today to reveal data insights that drive competitive advantage.
The first project phase will be centered around one of the products called NetBackup, which is the market leader in data protection, backup, restoration, and disaster recovery. The goal of this phase would be to migrate some modules of desktop NetBackup to Web UI on the modern stack. The migration work is already in progress, it was started by in-house development, and lots of product modules are already fully functioning in Web UI. Our team steps in to complete the migration and ensure the quality of migrated functionality.
Your essential duties will include:
- Investigate the code to be migrated, understand the logic behind it
- Develop WebUI on new Angular for the WebUI application
- Unit testing, e2e testing
- Demo conduction
- Follow best practices and code standards accepted in the team
- Communication/consultation with the team, including the client team
- Estimation of LOE of the upcoming work

Technologies in play: JavaScript/ES6; TypeScript; RxJS; Angular/Angular Material; SCSS/SASS; Cypress
The technical skillset we are looking for would be:
- At least 4 + years of experience as a JavaScript/TypeScript developer, including object-oriented development
- At least 2+ years of experience with Angular 2+
- Experience with application architecture for large enterprise solutions is a strong advantage
- Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, LESS, Flex Layout
- Experience with Node.js would be nice to have
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
