Area Sales Manager

Location: Belgrade

Job description:

• Executes all company procedures and instructions in Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia Herzegovina and Croatia
• Coordinate and controls all the costs of operations
• Budget follow-up and regular reporting to the Country manager
• Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction
• Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
• Analysis sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits
• Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conduct appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development
• Respond to customer complaints and comments
• Responsible for the overall store's visual merchandising
• Organize and mentor special promotions, displays and events
• Control weekly store schedules
• Monthly visit to the stores in Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia Herzegovina and Croatia
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understand forthcoming customer initiatives and monitor what local competitors are doing
• Mentor operational store activities. (visual, sales, inventory)
• Ensure that monthly store quota are reached

Requirements:

• University degree in Economy preferred
• 3 years’ experience in related field
• Developed analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Outstanding sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Positive attitude, great enthusiasm and unmatched work flexibility
• Willing to work in varying shifts and extended store hours
• No obstacle for travelling frequently
• Fluent in written and spoken English language
• Valid driving license
