To support our development in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and all Croatian-Serbian speaking language countries, we are currently looking for:
Area Sales Manager
Home office based
Key Responsibilities
- Developing sales of company's products in selected applications for the selected region
- Participating in building the development strategy for the selected region
- Building long-term relations with customers
- Visiting customers on regular basis, attending trade fairs to build market knowledge and to access customers directly
- Initiating new products developments based on identified customer's needs
- Conducting market research in Polyurethane market followed by the development of prospective markets/applications
- Managing pricing policy aimed at maximizing sales results
- Cooperating with R&D departments to develop new products
- Reporting to the headquarter timely and regularly, in accordance with company standards
Key Skills
- Minimum 3-year experience in B2B sales in chemical industry is a must, preferably in the field of Polyurethanes
- Technical or commercial education
- Pro-active approach to the market / customers
- Croatian-Serbian language as a mother language and a very good command of English
- Availability and willingness to travel
- Self-discipline and self-organized personality
- Very good practical knowledge about MS Office
- Driving license B
