Artwork Associate

Location: Belgrade

Key responsibilities:

This position, reporting to the Artwork manager for local site and European external manufacturer and part of a team of 3 employees, is responsible for:

• All activities as defined by Artwork Preparation and Approval Procedure (Assign internal codes, monitor artwork preparation process, track records for packaging materials), for products manufactured internally and distributed from Serbia and Slovenia, and for products manufactured by third parties in Europe
• Communication with business development and logistics departments and suppliers with respect to product’s initial market launch, update information on projects and monitor their implementation
• Project’s market analysis and cost benefit analysis (cutting costs arising from changes in versions of packaging materials)
• Documentation for payment of costs of preparation of packaging material and destruction of old materials
• Coordination of  activities for change control between third party manufacturers and qualified pharmacist of PharmaSwiss Slovenia
• Maintenance of changes requested by third party manufacturers
• Coordination with Qualified Pharmacist of PharmaSwiss Slovenia responsible department for market release of relevant products
• Notifying third party manufacturers change request, as well as departments involved in such change and qualified pharmacist on approval or refusal of such change by relevant institutions.

Requirements for the role:

• Minimum high school degree
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position, i.e. administration management and coordination Having such experience in pharmaceutical industry is considered as an advantage
• Strong written and spoken English (mandatory)
• MS Excel advanced user: able to generate complex analytical reports
• Strong communication & analytical skill
