About the Role

The Assistant Finance Manager will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the financial standing of our companies. The ideal candidate will help determine financial strategy and policy, arranging the appropriate funding and managing financial risks in the organization.

Requirements and Skills

  • Fluent (or advanced) in English (spoken and written) is a must
  • One year of relevant finance service experience desirable
  • Being able to communicate efficiently & establish trust
  • Strong computer skills, MS Office & Internet applications
  • Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff
  • Managing Account Receivables
  • Managing AP. Includes, Customer Vendor Relations
  • Managing daily cash balances
  • Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow
  • Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively;
  • Processing payrolls for employees and contractors
  • Monitoring financial transactions
  • Interfacing with managers, responding to questions and concerns
  • Tracking companies revenue on daily bases
  • Charging credit cards of customers on a daily basis
  • Recording the revenue in QuickBooks
  • Providing statements and invoices to the customers and other necessary reports
  • Overseeing the corporate invoice keying and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company and its executives
  • Other duties per requirements
