We are looking for an:
Assistant to Coordination Manager
situated in our Belgrade or Šabac Office
A vacancy has become available due to continued company expansion. An Assistant to Coordination Manager role is available for a confident, professional and committed individual ready to give 100% for long-term career progression working within an international company.
- Co-ordinate and organise appointments and meetings
- Fax, scan and copy documents
- Prepare various documents
- Send official offers or introductory emails and follow ups
- Provide full support to Coordination Manager
- Provide full support to the Facilities Management Team
- Handling business correspondence
- Daily mail management
- Preparing various spreadsheets on request
- Making various business reports when requested
- Responding to all business requests of senior colleagues
- Coordination with team members and schedules
- Frequent trips to other Nekretnine Services locations
- Full involvement in business expansion and development
- A graduate
- B1-B2 English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office – particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Working experience of a minimum 2 years in the same or similar position
- Excellent communication
- Knowledge of administrative standards
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to be entrepreneurial to solve problems independently
- B category driver’s licence
